Launching Shaman

Why the repo now ships a unified backend, app, and site.

Shaman now has a single monorepo shape:

• a backend for chat orchestration
• a Svelte web client for the live interface
• an Astro site for positioning and publishing

This first post exists to verify the blog pipeline and give the site a real content path from day one.
